<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a motor drive unit which is superior in speed stability in a state where the increase in the position estimation errors of a rotor is quick, and is capable of high-speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: This motor driving unit compares the voltage saturation factor and voltage saturation setting value with each other, without changing the voltage saturation factor setting value to be compared with the voltage saturation factor which is the degree of voltage saturation of the voltage command to be applied to a three-phase motor 3. When the voltage saturation factor is not less than the voltage saturation factor setting value or when the three-phase motor 3 is started, it determines a command current by proportional integral differential calculation from each phase current of the three-phase motor 3 detected and the target current for generating the torque required to reach the target number of revolutions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
