PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device capable of simultaneously operating two front working machines by two operating levers independently of each other and also operating one front working machine by two operating levers and a work vehicle. SOLUTION: When both work machine operating levers 20a and 20b are set to erected operating positions, in the same manner as in the operation of a conventional hydraulic shovel, any one of actuators is set to a driven normal control mode for each operating direction of the working machine operating levers 20a and 20b. In this case, only one of the right and left front working machines selected with a front selector switch 50 is made operable. When both working machine operating levers 20a and 20b are set to fallen operating positions, the right front working machine is made operable by a steering device 17a in a vector control mode, and the left front working machine is made operable by a steering device 17b in the vector control mode. In the vector control mode, the operating direction of the working machine operating levers 20a and 20b matches the driving direction of the tip portion of each working device.
