<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell capable of efficiently restraining elemental diffusion of element from an oxygen electrode layer to a solid electrolyte layer and preventing cracks of solid electrolyte at a side face of a support board, and to provide a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte 9, an anti-diffusion layer 14, an oxygen-side electrode 11 are provided on one main face of the support board 13 having a gas channel 15, and an interconnector 12 is arranged on the other main face thereof.
