<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device which can correct spherical aberration. <P>SOLUTION: In a mirror face section 4, the parallelism of reflected light is adjusted by deforming a reflection mirror 4a by a piezoelectric film 4c for correcting the spherical aberration. The incidence angle of the reflected light entering into an objective lens is changed by changing the parallelism by the piezoelectric film 4c so as to correct the spherical aberration by the objective lens. Thus, the incidence angle of the reflection angle is adjusted on the objective lens, and the spherical aberration is controlled and corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
