PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device simplified in structure. SOLUTION: This opening/closing device 1 is provided with a liftable opening/closing body 7 having an insertion part 6 at a side end part and opening/closing an opening 2. The opening/closing device 1 is provided with a vertically long guide body 3 for guiding the insertion part 6 of the opening/closing body 7. A magnetic body 16 is provided at the lower end part of the insertion part 6 of the opening/closing body 7. A magnet body attracted to the magnetic body 16 when closing the opening 2 is provided in a vertically movable and adjustable manner inside the lower end part of the guide body 3.
