摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed, low power consumption logic device capable of reducing a power consumption and making the speed of operation higher by controlling the operation modes of respective transistors constituting a logic device, while coping with the operating condition of respective transistors upon constituting the logic device, when the logic device is constituted of a master slice type integrated circuit, capable of reducing a cost and a time for designing a mask. SOLUTION: The high-speed, low power consumption logic device is provided with a plurality of transistors equipped with a control voltage input terminal for controlling the operation mode, power supply circuits for generating control voltages having a plurality of different voltages, and wires for supplying control voltages for controlling the operation modes, determined while coping with individual operations of the respective transistors, when the logic device is constituted of the plurality of transistors to the control voltage terminals of the transistors from the control voltages generated by the power supply circuits.
