<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic component manufacturing method which is capable of restraining sealing resin from flowing out to the one main surface of a laminate, when the other main surface of the laminate where electronic component elements are mounted is sealed up with sealing resin. <P>SOLUTION: Ceramic green sheets 1a and 1b are equipped with through-holes 6 which are provided through the ceramic green sheets in the thickness direction, by cutting out at least one of four corners of each of board regions 4, and the ceramic green sheets adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are stacked into a laminated green sheet, making their through-holes deviate from each other so as to restrain the through-holes 6 of the adjacent green sheets from communicating with each other. Then the laminated green sheet is burned, electronic components are mounted in the board regions 4 of the burned laminate, liquid resin is applied onto all the board regions 4 of the laminate, to form a single sealing resin layer partially filling the through-holes 6 of the ceramic green sheets, and the sealing resin layer and the laminate are cut off, at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
