PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy-type swing practicing apparatus which improves muscle strength by applying a sufficient load to the legs, lower back, arms and wrists required for swinging movement in a sport using a ball-hitting sporting good provided with a grip part and a ball-hitting part, which avoids applying an unnecessary load to the wrists at that time, and which is excellent in portability. SOLUTION: Regarding the handy-type swing practicing apparatus provided with the grip part and the ball-hitting part, a rotary body is provided nearly in the center of the apparatus in the state of being rotatable with the axis of a grip part as a center axis, and one end of a rubber band is connected to the rotary body.
