PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixer vehicle capable of insulating heat generated due to direct sunshine or the like, minimizing increase of temperature in a rotary drum, and transporting ready-mixed concrete in a proper state by forming a drum wall of the rotary drum into heat insulating structure. SOLUTION: In the concrete mixer vehicle having the rotary drum 2 for housing the ready-mixed concrete, a heat insulation film layer 4 is formed on an outer surface of the drum wall 23 of the rotary drum 2.
