<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device wherein latchup due to antenna received signals can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the data communication device such as a reader/writer, or the like which has a CMOS structure, drains of two MOSs on the CMOS side of a semiconductor circuit serve as outputs, and a diode is located in the drain output of the MOS connected to a power supply to prevent the flowing of a current into the semiconductor circuit side from the antenna-connected circuit side. Due to this structure, even when electromagnetic signals are received via the antenna, a current is prevented by the diode from flowing into the CMOS, resulting in preventing the occurrence of latchup which continuously generates a current in a circuit inside the CMOS due to a parasitic diode existing in the CMOS structure and eventually realizing the reliable data communication device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
