FIELD: composite materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials that can be used as heat-protecting coatings in structures of various-type articles. Coating represents a composite material containing reinforcing filler and binder at their weight ratio 1:(0.4-0.5). The former is made from threads with linear density 52-58 tex based on poly-epsilon-caproamide fibers coated with continuous layer of tetrafluoroethylene/vinylidene fluoride copolymer filled with carbon black at weight ratio 1:(0.6-0.8). Epoxide binder is composed of, wt parts: 3,3'-dichloro-4.4'-diaminodiphenylmetane tetraglycidyl ether 100, 3,3'-dichloro-4.4'-diaminodiphenylmetane 30-60, 1,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)carborane or tris(dimethyldiaminomethyl)phenol 0.5-2.0. ^ EFFECT: raised effective enthalpy of coating so providing heat blocking effect and weakening thermal radiation effect owing to reflection and dissipation of emission of supplied convective heat stream when blowing gaseous destruction products into border layer. ^ 6 dwg, 2 tbl, 6 ex |
