PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and a disassembling method of the battery pack capable of preventing, for instance, deformation or damage of a laminate of a battery armor in extracting a battery from a battery case. SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 16 used for adhesion of the battery 10 to the inside surface of the battery case 20 has a first base 30 and a second base 32 separably stuck to each other; one of the base 30 and the base 32 is stuck to the battery 10 with adhesion force larger than that between the base 30 and the base 32; and the other is stuck to the battery case 20. Since force is applied in a direction for separating the base 30 from the base 32 in removing the battery 10 from the battery case 20, separation occurs between the base 30 and the base 32, and the adhesive sheet 16 is divided into a part including the base 30 and a part including the base 32.
