PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage of a crankcase of an engine or an attachment seat part side of a gearbox casing or the like. SOLUTION: In an attachment plate 4, a recessed part 4b with a thinner thickness in comparison with other portions is provided around a through hole 4a for inserting an attachment bolt 5. By this, since rigidity of the attachment plate 4 is reduced and the attachment plate 4 becomes more flexible, even when the attachment plate 4 is warped, the attachment plate 4 can be positively adhered to the crankcase 20 in a fastened state of the attachment bolt 5. Accordingly, in a state of the oil cooler 1 attached to the crankcase 20, since rigidity of the whole oil cooler 1 becomes large and a natural oscillation frequency of the oil cooler 1 rises, an oscillation frequency of the engine and the natural oscillation frequency of the oil cooler can be largely shifted, resonance of the oil cooler 1 with oscillation of the engine can be suppressed, and damage such as a crack in a crankcase 20 side can be prevented.
