PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of supplying stable inner voltage. SOLUTION: When a start signal STA is set to be "H", current flows through a constant current part 10 and control voltage for bias to a referential voltage part 20 and an output part 30 respectively occurs at nodes N1, N2. Thus, predetermined current flows through the reference voltage part 20 and reference voltage VRF is output to a node N4. In this regard, when the start signal STA is "L", reference voltage VRF1 (for example, 1.7V) of only a constant current element 22 is output and when the start signal STA is "H", reference voltage VRF2 (for example, 3V) is output as constant current elements 22, 23 are connected in parallel. Electric power of the reference voltage VRF is amplified by an output part with a differential amplifier with a voltage follower connection and inner voltage VOUT corresponding to the reference voltage VRF is output.
