摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent crosstalk light from other sets of emission sections when two sets of emission and light reception sections are arranged while being appropriately separated in the arrangement direction of slits, the emission sections are lit simultaneously, and each light reception section receives emission light from its opposite emission section. SOLUTION: A light shielding plate 14 that is a liquid crystal shutter is inserted between a disk 1, where a slit 1a is punched, and a light reception substrate 13. The position and size of an open window 14a of the light shielding plate 14 are predetermined so that only light that is emitted from opposite emission sections 11a1 (or 11a2) and is passed through the slit 1a is received and light emitted from another emission section 11a2 (or 11a1) is shielded. Accordingly, respective light reception sections 13a1, 13a2 acquire accurate light reception signals according to the position of the slit 1a, and a high-level signal can be obtained by adding the acquired light reception signals.
