HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGY SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource strategy support system for supporting a user so as to effectively arrange human resources even for a job requiring complicated human resource arrangement such as a project type job.

SOLUTION: This human resource strategy support system 1 is provided with a human resource strategy support server 10 comprising: an arithmetic unit 11; a human resource information DB 12 storing various information relating to the human resources; a standard model information DB 13 storing various kinds of standard models; a project plan DB 14 storing the information relating to a project; a selecting function of selecting a human resource portfolio standard model suited to the project from the standard model information DB 13 at the time of preparing the human resource portfolio of the project; and an extracting function of extracting the human resource suited to the human resource portfolio standard model from the human resource information DB 12.
