PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having an excellent soil-preventing property against soil-causing substances floating in an environment in use, capable of maintaining light transmission for a long period by utilizing the film having a cylindrical form. SOLUTION: This soil-preventing film is provided by forming a soil-preventing coated membrane comprising a composition consisting mainly of an inorganic colloid on at least an outer surface of a substrate consisting of a thermoplastic resin film having the cylindrical form. For example, the soil-preventing film obtained by forming the soil-preventing coated membrane containing the composition consisting mainly of the inorganic colloid on both surfaces of the flat substrate obtained by pressing/adhering the inner surface of the thermoplastic resin film having the cylindrical form, and the soil-preventing film used in a state of not pressing/adhering the inner surface of the film obtained by forming the soil-preventing coated membrane containing a composition consisting mainly of the inorganic colloid on at least the outer surface of the substrate consisting of the thermoplastic resin film having the cylindrical form, etc., are included.
