摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to reduce costs and achieve improved efficiency by manufacturing fluorescent lamp cases through the use of a PCM color steel plate and bending process without a welding process. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of bending an intermediate portion of a front plate(12) constituting a front surface of a fluorescent lamp case formed of a PCM color steel plate, such that a stopper protrusion(12a) is bent, bending an interface between the front plate and a body plate(11), and bending a front end of the front plate; a second step of bending a rear plate(13) by a process same as the process of bending the front plate; a third step of bending an intermediate portion of a left side plate(14), bending an interface between the left side plate and the body plate, and bending a front end of the left side plate; and a fourth step of bending a right side plate(15) by a process same as the process of bending the left side plate. Protrusions formed at the front and rear plates are inserted into stopper grooves(14a) formed at the left and right side plates during bending of the left and right side plates.
