PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a concrete building without generating a large impact, vibrations and a particulate matter. SOLUTION: When the concrete building (1) is repaired, a water current from a nozzle (6) is ejected at a high speed towards the concrete building (1) containing a concrete material (5) formed by using metallic reinforcements (4) as skeletons, and an opening section (7) is formed to a part of a wall section (3). The reinforcements (4) exposed in the opening section (7) are cut, and a section (8) not cut is removed from a foundation section (2). Since reinforcing frames (9) are fixed onto the reinforcements (4) exposed from the material (5) and the periphery of the reinforcing frame (9) is supplied with the material (5) and the material is solidified, the large impact, the vibrations and the particulate matter are not generated.
