PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a signal output difference when transmitting the same electric charge to each signal output section in a CCD solid-state image pickup device having a plurality of signal output sections. SOLUTION: Wiring for supplying the supply voltage of an output amplifier 4 and the voltage of a reset drain 6 is connected to a bias voltage generation circuit 8 from an output amplifier supply voltage application pad 9 and a reset drain voltage application pad 10 each before branching off toward a plurality of signal output sections.
