<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a beverage making machine for making a beverage such as coffee, capable of making a topping beverage such as a cappuccino in a short time by reducing a time necessary for dissolution when making the beverage using a lot of powder material for cream represented by whipping cream of small specific gravity. <P>SOLUTION: This beverage making machine 1 letting the beverage prepared inside a mixing bowl 6 flow out of an outflow port 6a has: a canister 2 supplying the powder material of the beverage into the mixing bowl 6; a hot water tank 3 supplying hot water; and a stirring blade 7 rotationally driven by a drive motor 8, stirring the powder material and the hot water supplied in the mixing bowl 6 to prepare the beverage.
