PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional controller for a radio controlled aircraft or the like requires a long period of time to get used to handling since a plurality of levers, volumes, and switches mounted on the controller make the operation complicated.
SOLUTION: If the controller is tilted back and forth, an elevator or the like of the radio controlled aircraft is activated, and a nose is lifted and lowered. If the controller is tilted to the right and left, an aileron or the like is activated, and a fuselage is tilted to the right and left. The levers or the like for operating a rudder are mounted at appropriate positions at the right and left upper parts of the controller, and are usually operated by the thumb. If the left lever or the like is operated, the radio controlled aircraft turns to the left, and if the right lever or the like is operated, the radio controlled aircraft turns to the right. Since the controller is easy to hold and has a feeling like a real control yoke, a beginner operates the controller as if he/she operated the control yoke of a real aircraft.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
|
