<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the variation of the temperature in a green house caused by the change in outer environment condition such as outdoor temperature and solar radiation and control and adjust the blooming time of plants such as Phalaenopsis aphrodite. <P>SOLUTION: The difference Δtout between the preset heating temperature tHsp and the outdoor temperature tout is calculated and multiplied with an additional heating coefficient KH1 to obtain the addition amount Hα. The addition amount Hα is added to the preset heating temperature tHsp to obtain the corrected preset heating temperature tHsp'. Similarly, the difference Δtout between the preset cooling temperature tCsp and the outdoor temperature tout is calculated and multiplied with an additional cooling coefficient KC1 to obtain the addition amount Cα.
