PURPOSE: A multipurpose cutting apparatus for a cutting blade is provided to improve working efficiency by cutting variously and automatically with a single cutter, and to replace the cutter conveniently with simplifying the assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose cutting device is composed of cutters(41,42) moving longitudinally at the side of a cutting blade(3) for cutting the cutting blade, and having at least one or more cutting sections; a transfer unit(10) moving cutters along the length of the cutting blade according to the cutting shape of the cutting blade; and a press unit(30) transmitting pressure to the lower part of the cutter and cutting the cutting blade by pressing the side of the cutting blade. The various cutting blade is processed automatically with controlling supply and transfer of the cutting blade.
