BOTTLE TAKING OUT DEVICE FROM CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out all bottles received in a container, standing in an array lengthwise and widthwise at a time. SOLUTION: A bottle removing device includes bottle guide means 4 consisting of numerous bottle guide rods 4A, a container push-out means 6, and a container lowering means 5. The bottle guide means 4 is placed at the height of the neck of a bottle 2 for each longitudinal line of the bottles in the container 3. The interval between the bottle guide rods 4A is of such a length that the neck of the bottle 2 can be inserted into and narrower than the outer diameter of a protrusion formed on the mouth of the bottle. The container push-out means 6 pushes out the container 3 containing the bottle 2 toward the bottle guide means 4 to insert all of the bottles 2 in the container 3 between the bottle guide rods 4A. The container lowering means 5 lowers the container 3 having all the bottles 2 inserted between the guide rods and pulls out the bottles 2 from the container 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
