The heat exchanger collector plate (40) is drilled with holes (16) for receiving heat exchanger tubes. It comprises a peripheral groove (41) delimited by an interior edge (22) and by an exterior edge (24) intended to a house a sealing joint ensuring sealing between the collector plate and a collector box cover. The interior edge comprises protuberances (46) projecting towards the groove and located opposite the exterior edge which enables a standard size sealing joint and collector box cover to be received. Independent claims are included for a series of collector plates and a heat exchanger comprising a collector plate.
