PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of eliminating complicated matching work to abnormality detection logic constants for determining driving states of a vehicle, and determining driving states of the vehicle by using signals from a detecting means with less restriction for installation positions. SOLUTION: This electronic control device 11 is provided with a driving state determining means to determine the driving state of the vehicle based on prescribed input signals. The driving state determining means determines the driving state of the vehicle based on signals from a blow quantity detecting means 22 to detect blow quantity received by the vehicle.
