PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an automatic dispenser with a high degree of certainty for surely infusing a stopping reagent just after a desired period of reagent reaction time has passed by measuring time from the infusion of a reaction reagent. SOLUTION: This automatic dispenser is provided with a time setting means capable of previously setting the time between infusing a reaction starting reagent and infusing a reaction stopping reagent, and a clocking means for measuring actual time from time points at which the reagents are infused. This controller is provided with a self-decision function for deciding whether scheduled operation can be carried out or not by calculating actual work process time from a previously inputted work process of a reagent reaction test.
