PURPOSE: A retractor device of a seatbelt is provided to realize the certain ALR(Automatic Locking Retractor) function and to reduce mis-operations with a simple composition. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet(31) rotates an operating lever(24) to restrict the rotation of a drum(20) against a withdrawing direction of a webbing through a connecting rod(32) and a metal member(33). A switch(40) comprises a fixing contact(41) to be connected with the electromagnet through a wire and a moving contact(42) to be grounded outside. The switch feeds power to the electromagnet selectively. A gear assembly(50) comprises gears(51,52) having certain gear ratios. A rack(60) is moved forward and backward by driving the gear assembly. A rotating bar(70) opens and closes the moving contact of the switch by rotating through the moved rack. A switch between an ELR(Emergency Locking Retractor) and an ALR is performed selectively according to a webbing operation.
