摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation irradiating device for accurately measuring a radiation dose independently of irradiation quantity or irradiation time of radiation by removing phenomena in which the detected quantity of the radiation is lowered or increased with time despite of incoming radiation of the same intensity. SOLUTION: A radiation detector is used which is equipped with an anode electrode 12, a cathode electrode 14, and a semiconductor detection part 13. The detection part 13 is joined to the electrodes 12 and 14, and generates an electric signal corresponding to incoming radiation. The cathode electrode 14 is joined to the detection part 13 by means of a Schottky-type joint. The electrodes 12 is joined to the detection part 13 by means of an ohmic joint. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
