ROTARY DISTRIBUTING VALVE

PURPOSE: A rotary distributing valve is provided to keep the pressure of fluid constant, to exclude excessive operations, and to smoothly and quietly operate by supplying the fluid with gradually opening and closing each through-hole, supplying the fluid again by flowing backward the supplied fluid, or cutting off the supply of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A rotary distributing valve(1) discharges fluid through a through-hole formed at a distributing manifold with intermittently rotating a rotary disc with the through-hole in a housing(2) by a reduction motor(5). The rotary disc is sealed and mounted to a cylinder chamber of the housing of which the upside is opened, by a packing, and the distributing manifold for discharging the fluid is sealed and combined to the upside of the cylinder chamber by a combining bolt. A supply port for supplying the fluid is installed to the side of the housing and the reduction motor for rotating the embedded rotary disc is installed to the bottom side. The packing for communicating the supply port of the housing and a fluid supply hole of the distributing manifold and keeping the inner space airtight is disposed in the housing. The rotary disc is arranged in the packing, connected with a rotary shaft of the reduction motor, and composed of an inflow groove recessed in the plane center, and a supply fluid through-groove communicated with the through-groove and a reverse-flow fluid through-groove not communicated with the through-groove which are separated and radially formed at the outside. The distributing manifold includes a fluid supply hole communicated with the supply port of the housing to the inner center, plural through-holes arranged to a concentric circle around the fluid supply hole at regular intervals, and a fluid inflow hole communicated with the fluid supply hole around the through-holes.
