A pressure sensor comprising a sensor plate defining a plurality of diaphragms therein, and an electrical circuit formed on the sensor plate, the electrical circuit including a plurality of sensor elements, each sensor element being located above a respective diaphragm and arranged to detect a deflection of the diaphragm. A method for providing such a pressure sensor is also disclosed. |
