PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein a photoelectric conversion efficiency is deteriorated with the lapse of time in configuring a projecting device by using an organic EL element. SOLUTION: The projecting device has an electric field light emitting element having a plurality of pixels including pixels for red, green and blue, and a projection optical system for projecting light from the electric field light emitting element to a specified surface. The projecting device is constituted to make the pixel which emits the light of at least one color out of red, green and blue emit the light by using inorganic electric field light emitting material. Thus, by using an inorganic EL element instead of the organic EL element as at least one part, the deterioration in the photoelectric conversion efficiency with the lapse of time is restrained.
