PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground material for achieving recycling of concrete waste and enabling construction of an artificial ground of stable quality as opposed to conventional grounds obtained by the backfilling of soil carried in, etc. SOLUTION: A slurry obtained by adding water to fine powders obtained along with reclaimed aggregate by heating, grinding and classifying concrete waste is packed into a target ground space to construct the artificial ground.
