<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor with two-shaft hinge lock mechanism, particularly, capable of surely preventing the contact of a display unit with a keyboard, when rotating the display unit around an opening and closing axis at a prescribed angle followed by rotating around a rotating axis, by regulating the rotating operation of the display unit around the rotating axis. <P>SOLUTION: When the opening and closing angle of the display unit 2 and a key unit 4 around the opening and closing axis 6 is an angle a less than an angle b, the lock-side tip 14 of a locking pin 12 is protruded from a hinge cavity part 15 but still housed in a lock hole part 20.
