<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity situation evaluating system capable of evaluating the business activity situation from the viewpoint of business management when the total data fed by the persons in charge of different businesses is totalized and of being used in the management activities of an enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: The business activity situation evaluating system is composed of a business scheme table structured so that the business scheme is systematized and an activity code is given to each activity divided into the business tasks to be performed by the persons in charge, an appendix information table in which the evaluation value of the future directionality for each activity specified previously is decided to each activity code, an input means whereby each person in charge enters the planned time and/or past performance time of the activity, an evaluation instructing part to instruct the specified items for the evaluator to evaluate the performed business, an evaluation value totalizing part to totalize the evaluation values of the appendix information on the basis of the instructed items, and a totalization result display part to display the totalization result given by the totalizing part for the evaluator to view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
