PURPOSE: A mobile compact remote controller is provided to allow a user to conveniently and easily manipulate electronic devices regardless of manufacturers by making it in a compact size and attached to a key holder. CONSTITUTION: A set key is formed at an upper surface of a remote controller and sets communication codes which differ according to manufacturers in the remote controller. A power button(11) for turning on/off power of a manipulated electronic device. A annular hole is formed at an outer circumference for simplify carrying of the remote controller, into which a ring is inserted. A light emitting unit(18) manipulates the electronic device. A discriminating unit enables a user to discriminate a front side, a rear side and left and right sides of the remote controller without viewing the remote controller.
