The stock inlet (12) to deliver a fiber suspension pulp to a papermaking or cardboard production machine, with a turbulence generator (16) and an outflow jet opening (20), has a deflector blade (14) and a vane (28) to give a flow component across the machine running line (L). This gives a spiral twist to the pulp flow within the jet zone (10) without forming any build-up points. The deflector has a blade, with blades for each turbulence channel line.
