<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact seat height adjustment clutch with favorable layout performance, favorable operation feeling, no exposure of functional parts, and no runout of an output shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A driving clutch mechanism is composed of a driving cam 11, a first roller 12, and a control plate 13, and a brake clutch mechanism is composed of a brake cam 16, a second roller 14 and a cover drum 5. Rotary driving of a lever 2 transmits through an operation shaft 3, the driving cam 11, the first roller 12, the control plate 13, an engagement hole 13f, an engagement protruding part 16e, the brake cam 16 and a pinion output shaft 17 for rotary driving.
