PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game picture display program, a game picture display method and a video game apparatus in which an emotion of an object is virtually expressed.

SOLUTION: A CPU (central processing unit) 1 creates an image watched from a viewpoint of a fish object which changes its motion in accordance with a motion of a lure object operated by a user as a fish viewpoint image, the CPU 1 controls a television monitor 21 to display the created fish viewpoint image, and the television monitor 21 displays the fish viewpoint image.
