摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a droplet transfer state is unstable and the welding quality is degraded because the peak rising period Tu and the maximum peak period Tpp are largely changed due to fluctuation of the arc load in a pulse arc welding control method in which the peak current Ip determined by the arc load continuously runs during the peak period Tp, the base current Ib runs during the base period Tb, a welding power source device is subjected to the constant voltage control during the peak period Tp, and to the constant current control during the base period Tb. SOLUTION: The predetermined peak rising period Tu is provided in the peak period Tp. The peak rising current Ipu which is increased to the predetermined maximum peak rising current Ipm from the base current Ib by the constant-current control runs during the peak rising period Tu, and the peak current Ip runs by the constant-voltage control during the subsequent maximum peak period Tpp. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
