PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt which can be easily and smoothly inserted into a hole of an object to be mounted, even in a narrow space into which the hand or the finger cannot be easily inserted, and a method for inserting the bolt, and a method for mounting a hollow building material, which has good construction workability. SOLUTION: A metal wire 15 is elongated out from the tip side of a bolt shank 4a of the bolt 4. The free-end side of the metal wire 15 is pulled through respective bolt inserting holes 9, 6 and 12 and a spacer 14 from an opening of a through-hole 5 of the hollow rod-shaped building material 1, and pulled to the backside of a main piece 3a, so that the bolt shank 4a can be easily and smoothly inserted into the holes 9, 6 and 12 and the spacer 14 even from inside the through-hole 5 which is too narrow for the insertion of the fingers etc. in a state in which the bolt 4 is pinched between the fingers etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
