PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a position of a working table in a screen printer is provided to shift a working table including materials to a predetermined position of a bottom of a mask and control an angle of the working table by shifting the working table to an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis or rotating the working table. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling a position of a working table in a screen printer includes two squeezes. A working table including materials is loaded on a tray(1). The squeezes are shifted to a left, a right, a front, and a rear direction of each bottom of a mask by an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis drive motor(2,3,4). The squeezes are shifted to the left, the right, the front, and the rear directions along an X-axis and a Y-axis guide rail(8). The squeezes are shifted to an upper and a lower direction by an air pressure cylinder. A driving motor is combined with a bottom portion of the tray(1) in order to control the printing direction of the materials.
