A foam creating substance or a mix is integrated in a layer (9) between two outer layers of cellulose or a similar material forming a long strip (1). The strip (1) is folded several times in an accordion fashion in order to create small individual chambers. The complete unit is pressed into a tablet. Before using the toilet several of the tablets are thrown into the bowl resulting in an unfolding of the strips (1) into a corrugated flexible cushion, which can be easily disposed of by flushing the toilet after use.
