PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving sheet with suppressed cracks, having excellent offset resistance, high adhesion resistance and suitably capable of forming an image with excellent image quality. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving sheet has at least a supporting body and an image receiving layer, and the image receiving layer contains an aqueous polymer and silicone oil at least either polyether-modified silicone oil or alcohol-modified silicone oil. In preferable embodiments, the aqueous polymer is a soap-free aqueous polymer or the aqueous polymer is at least one of water dispersion type polyester, water dispersion acrylic polymers, water-soluble polyester and water-soluble acrylic polymers.
