PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating section for combine harvester, enabling a front display panel to be easily checked visually and favorably securing the operating efficiency as well. SOLUTION: The operating section has the following scheme. A panel supporting frame is set up on the upper part side wall of a steering column in an overhung fashion externally sideways and the front display panel is attached to the panel supporting frame. Thus, when an operator who is making a reaping work with his eyes turning forwardly downward is to visually check the front display panel, he can do it by merely shifting a bit the line of sight downward, enabling the display panel to be easily checked visually and favorably securing the operating efficiency as well.
