METHOD FOR FERMENTATION TREATMENT OF ORGANIC WASTE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for the treatment producing substantially no secondary discharged matter. SOLUTION: The fermentation treatment includes the steps of: supplying the objective substance to fermentation tanks 5, 6 to reduce the volume by fermentation; taking out the treated substance remaining in the fermentation tank 6 after the fermentation treatment from the tank 6; and adding new organic waste in an amount substantially corresponding to the reduced volume by the fermentation treatment to the whole taken out treated substance to prepare the objective substance to be supplied to the fermentation tank.
