FIELD: radio engineering; receivers, transmitters, and other electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: digital-adjustment oscillatory circuit has inductance coil 1, fixed capacitor 2, and variable capacitors 3 connected in series with switching diodes 4 whose lead is connected through series-interconnected limiting and high-value resistors 5 and 6 to cut-off voltage source 7; it also has turn-on voltage source 9 for driving in conduction switching diodes 4; newly introduced in device are interconnected integrating section 10 and controllable resistor 8, source 9 being connected through the latter to common point of series- connected limiting and high-value resistors 5 and 6; input of section 10 is connected to control unit 11.
