PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electric control valve with the simple structure and reduced in the assembling man-hours and facilitated in assembling, wherein the cost is reduced, and switching control between the small flow control and the large flow control is surely made. SOLUTION: A valve element 28 is provided with a main valve element 30 arranged to be rotated for slide-contact with a valve seat 18 of a valve main body 12 and an auxiliary valve element 34 arranged to be rotated on the main valve element for slide-contact. The main valve element is formed with a small flow control port 44, and a large flow can be controlled by opening and closing a first port 14 and a second port 16 with the rotation of the main valve element, and a small flow can be controlled by opening and closing the small flow control port 44 formed in the main valve element with the rotation of the auxiliary valve element 34 and a magnet rotor 22 on the main valve element for slide-contact.
