PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of acquiring a composite image file with high reproducibility without causing a detective image due to an overlapped extract area. SOLUTION: The image processor detects the number of other image areas including each image area with respect to a plurality of image areas extracted from input image data and sets the overlapping order of each image area according to the number of other included image areas (S108).
